What you'll see here
Our gallery will document live and recently completed projects across London — the kind of work Alban Holloway delivers week in, week out for managing agents, RMCs, BTR operators, freeholders and private clients. Before-and-after shots, on-site photography and short case studies, organised by service area so you can see exactly what to expect on a project of your own.
Expected categories include: planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and fire safety works for residential blocks; communal area refurbishments and redecoration; Section 20 major works such as roof replacements, lift overhauls and external wall remediation; EPC and MEES upgrade programmes (insulation, boilers, heat pumps, glazing); kitchen and bathroom installations and full residential renovations; and commercial cleaning, end-of-tenancy and BTR turnover cleans across London boroughs.
